Scott has been a flutist for many years, and is also an avid concert pianist and music director. He has been performing and conducting music for some time, and has a degree in music from the University of Texas at el Paso. He is currently an elementary school teacher, where he conducts band, orchestra, and a recorder group. Scott is a member of the American recorder Society, and has recently been chosen to conduct the El Paso Gilbert & Sullivan Company orchestra.
